Back to school

Hooray for back to school!  (But I admit that I cried when I put David on the bus.  I believe I did not cry when he started kindergarten. I guess it was the emotion of starting over at a new school.)

David's first day was Tuesday, but we got more pictures on Thursday, which was Mary's first day.  (They are attending the same school--the first graders start a couple of days later.)  David and Mary are excited about riding the bus, and, as you can see, have already made some new friends.  No nerves, lots of confidence.  I have some amazing, resilient kids.
